Embed Block icon colours and styles

Description

Why does the Pocket Casts Embed icon (an Automattic product), get a coloured icon (making it stand out from the others), while other more popular services, and services that have been around for many more years, don't get coloured icons and in some cases, still don't have their proper logos as the icon? Automattic preferred functionality always seems to get preferential treatment over everything else.
