* Update bug issue template to use forms This will help address part of this open issue to move bug reports to forms: #33394 * Remove redundant checkboxes Removes some of the checkboxes at the top and cleans up some typos/an accidental duplicate. * Delete prior bug report template This will remove the previous bug report template in order to use the same file name per the documentation for YAML.

What problem does this address?
Although issue templates are a good starting point to provide a common framework to report issues, it is not the most user-friendly approach, requiring navigating quite some markdown from the template.
What is your proposed solution?
Migrating the current markdown templates to GitHub issue forms would provide a better experience, lowering the friction to report issues while at the same time allowing reports to require specific information such as the device used or WP & GB versions.
