Site Logo block hangs in latest Gutenberg 10.7.1

Description

Using latest Gutenberg 10.7.1 (released this afternoon) and using TwentyTwentyOne theme. If you try and add a Site Logo block. The Media Library does not launch and preloading icon just keeps spinning.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Install latest Gutenberg plugin (10.7.1)
2. Install and activate TwentyTwentyOne theme
3. Create a Page or Post and try adding a Site Logo block
4. observe that the preloading icon just spins and user is not able to assign any media via Media Library

Expected behaviour

Expect that the Site Logo block would allow the user to add/edit media to the block.

Actual behaviour

Site Logo block just hangs and keeps showing preloading icon spinning.
