Added the creation of debian9 alias Stretch docker images for all different flavors. Build scripts taken from debian8 jessie as-is, however removed jessie-backports required repo for mini-debian9 build.

Debian 9 (stretch) has now been officially released. Apache CouchDB uses your images for CI testing and package creation. Please, please consider accepting this PR so we can move ahead with releasing stretch images for our forthcoming releases. |
