Single-layer perceptron hyperparameters tuning

• Investigate the best way to tune the batch_size and epochs hyperparameters (most likely grid search), see https://github.com/leriomaggio/deep-learning-keras-tensorflow/blob/master/5.%20HyperParameter%20Tuning%20and%20Transfer%20Learning/5.1%20HyperParameter%20Tuning.ipynb;
• implement exhaustive grid search in nested cross-validation;
• pass the param_grid as argument, so that grid search can be used for other classifiers;
• use the best optimization function when compiling the model.
