Some websites are seeing unnecessary scrollbars. This has been reported by users, primarily on videos and Instagram reels. The bulk of reports seem to be from Chrome users, which indicates that this is likely a side-effect of #176.

If that is the case, the changes introduced by #176 should be rolled back and the issue should be reopened for a proper implementation.
