go.mod: update module name

I should note I'm using another custom build process, something similar to here. Though at least caddy-dns/acmedns' go.mod uses a github.com/owner/repo module name.

I also spotted https://github.com/rilzbo/caddy-socket-activation in the forks of this repo, which also changed the same thing, so I'm probably not alone with this problem.
