This is our first major improvement of the Diagnostics report we've been using for more than a year now at WeTransfer. Based on our experience, these changes are needed to make it easier to find out what's wrong with the user that reported in.
The main goal of these changes is to speed up the time from a bug report to a fix. 🚀
