Add races as their own item type and allow embedding them into actors. Races determine among other things how many SPECIAL points can be spent on character creation.

  • investigate needed data
  • implement source data
  • implement properties
  • create sheet to edit source data, properties and rule elements
  • add functions to actor to manage a single race instance
