Add IntelBTPatcher.kext used by IntelBluetoothFirmware v2.3.0
Adjust Bluetooth kexts' load sequence

2. Disable sleep is still strongly recommended
3. If you meet panic userspace watchdog timeout, try remove com.apple.photoanalysisd & com.apple.mediaanalysisd.plist in /System/Library/LaunchAgents, this may caused by SSD performance issue
