Version 0.4 llvm/clang instead of gcc/coreutils

Finally fixed some issues with previous tarballs. Default compiler is now clang/llvm. New repo structure.

Fixes with bearssl and rootfs

Another minor release to fix issues with packages due to bearssl that prevented the package manager from working.

Intial muelinux rootfs

This release is very similar to official kiss linux main difference being wayland and choices with packages. However in the future the differences will most likely grow with my ideals(see README)
