Moonbase TTS

1. When clicking the TTS button with Moonbase selected as the Text to Speech Mode you may recieve an error message in the log.

2. To use the Moonbase (FonixTalk) voices in this version you may have to download:
   1. Install the .Net Hosting Bundle 6.0 for Windows apps.

You can manually install The hosting bundle here. It automatically installs NetCore(x64/x86) and AspNetCore(x64/x86) and for .Net 6.0 apps.
