feat(vkBase, Paradigm): New tokens

• Добавлен токен sizeCellHeight, colorStrokeColorPrimary, colorBackgroundContentAlpha и sizeButtonExtraSmallHeight в темы vkBase и paradigm (затрагивает все темы).
• Починены наследования в интерфейсах тем vkIdOkIOS и vkAccessibilityIOS. Не затрагивает иных изменений
