Launch a CAP (ex with f86-fox):

-cap f86-fox2, altdelta 5000, alt 10000, hdg 270, dist 30, capradius 15, side blue

a BLUE (side) cap will spawn near your marker (in a 15 Nm radius) between 5000 and 15000 ft (10000 +/- 5000) with a starting heading 270 (with legs of 30 Nm)
