COOKIE_SECRET = Generate a 32 length cookie secret from https://1password.com/password-generator
MONGODB_URI = The MongoDB srv from your cluster
MONGODB_NAME = The collection name of the database
REDIS_ENDPOINT = Redis public endpoint
REDIS_PASSWORD = Redis user default password
