Filtering of students based on their study programmes is now easier

• Filtering of students based on their study programmes is now easier. In the "Study programmes" or "Other programmes" column (based on the view) the selectable items that the user was able to filter by were previously just strings that had all study programmes of one student. Now these programmes are separated into single programmes and the user can choose one or many programmes: those students that have at least one of the selected study programmes will be shown.

• isBaMa field was added to studyright table in the database. This should make easier to check whether the student has both bachelor and master studyright that are linked to each other or not
• University level evaluation overview started
• Some action versions on GHA workflow files were updated
