Small bugfixes to population views

Courses of population

• When in class statistics or studyguidance groups, the "Courses of class/population" would show courses even if they were hidden from the degree courses modal ("Manage shown courses" -button). That is fixed, so the courses are now hidden.

Population of courses

• Language distribution did not use filtered students, so the numbers did not change when filters were applied. This is now fixed.
