Small fixes

Single student statistics

• Returned bachelor's honours checker, and added curriculum picker for that (probably only for temporary fix, until it is clarified how the view should select curriculum by itself)

Population details

• Credit gain stats created unrealistic categories in some cases where students had many years of studying, because it was based on months only (highest categories were 1000's of credits). Now the months amount is capped to 60.
