Study guidance group now has combined programmes, and minor fixes

Improvements:

• Study guidance groups can now use combined programmes

Fixes:

• Course statistics > Students > General tab > Study programme column: Improved logic of selecting programmes to show. If student had not enrolled the course, select programmes based on the time of the course completion.
• SortableTable sometimes had an extra help-icon in the middle of the header cell, which was unclickable. It is now removed
• Custom population title layout was wonky after adding associated programme feature. This was fixed
