Minor changes, programme names shortened and export to excel button added

SortableTable

• Removed the three-dot dropdown menu, added more visible export to excel -button.

Students > General Tab

• Study/other programme column and master/bachelor column now shortens too long names. Full name accessible by hover

Some infra / code refactor changes that are not visible for user. SortableTable refactored and a lot of obsolete code related to it removed from many files.
