Bug fixes and UI betterments

• Fix bug: faculty progress tab not showing to eläinlääkkis
• Display transfer data in credit graph
• Add possibility to add criteria in courses of population 'manage courses shown' modal
• Make course statistics view more readable when comparison between programmes is done
