Fixes and betterment

• Refactor fetching course statistics for courses of population.
• Fix checking criteria for completed courses.
• Faculty basic view: Remove the effects of toggling special excluded/included to credits stats.
• Fix numbers regarding enrolled, no grade (courses of population)
