links switches appear in gray #2918
-
Hi team, We have for years a NAV with version 4.9.3 on a debian 4.9.144-3.1. Everything works fine, but in the NetMap all the links appear in gray and this is not correct, they should appear in green because the links are UP. Can you help us? Thank you very much |

Hi, @Wilote! NAV 4.9 is no longer supported (NAV 5 was released nearly five years ago), so I would advise you to upgrade as soon as possible. Gray lines in Netmap does not mean the links are down. It means that there is no traffic data to be shown for that link. A green line just means that the measured traffic amount is well below saturation (less than 30%): You should verify that traffic data is actually being collected and stored by checking the traffic graphs of individual interfaces. |
