Conda builds need 3.3.1 (on the testing label) to be available--working on that now.

Unrelated, looks like a real error here building the docs (seen on Travis and GitHub using PyPI package):

Extension error:
Handler <function generate_gallery_rst at 0x7f3eaaaaf700> for event 'builder-inited' threw an exception (exception: zero-size array to reduction operation minimum which has no identity)
Makefile:30: recipe for target 'html' failed

Waiting to get a basic 3.3.1 conda package to test locally.

I think we're going to skip to 3.3.2, but I'm going to wait to close this until I hear confirmation that the release will be out shortly.
