Description
Continuation of #1301. Adds the option to copy paste objects and rearrange lists using the mouse in the room editor.

Caveats
Copying and moving does not currenly support particle system instances.
The code which lets the move buttons be held down (commit 43dafa8) is a bit weird, but I couldn't find any better way of doing it.
Notes
I'm not sure about the placement of the buttons in the UI.
