Barracks transition

Description

Added Barracks transition animation when HP hits 50% and 0% for both level1 and 2. This was done because the current barracks do not have any transition animation when it gets damaged.

Transition animation when level1 barracks hit 50%HP

Transition animation when level1 barracks hit 0%HP

Transition animation when level2 barracks hit 50%HP

Transition animation when level2 barracks hit 0%HP
