How it's work:

First, you have to insert a image in the UVMap image slot.
After, you select the object and press Bake Parallax button. It will automatically bake on UVMap image slot.

Basically, it is 1 button parallax baking, simplify process of making parallax map in GIMP/image editor. It works same as baking normal.
