v20200913

This release makes the template fully compatible with TeX Live 2020.

Moreover, we fixed the Makefile to ensure proper compilation (fix provided by @strobi). We have also added minor updates of the guide:

• Remarks on decimal point versus thousands separator.
• Remark on issues due to Debian's prepackaged (yet outdated) TeX Live distribution.
• Remarks on properly specified bibitems when there are hyphens in authors' names.
