Transform export fix

Transform export with variable replaced with 'export import' statement.
New test expectations included.

The vs project support effort is complete and grunt-ts 4.0.0 is out. There were some major changes in the meantime and your PR can't be merged anymore. Do you mind fixing the conflicts and updating your PR? If not, I can just merge in your changes manually, but then you won't be listed in the commits (though I will add you to the contributors file).

I am putting grunt-ts in a legacy maintenance mode now and closing all outstanding PRs. I am very sorry that I never merged this PR. Thank you for your contribution from several years ago. 😞
