When you look at a program, you might want to see the documentation of an existing call without leaving your editor.

Provide a way to get the formalized documentation of a program, type or procedure through LS.

In our RDZ client, we'll have to add a new shortcut (or perhaps it already exist) to show the formalized doc.

Hover can be limited to the start of the CALL token till the end of the token function.
