In case it wasn't clear, the email does appear, I just have to scroll down. I tried enabling remote images, but that didn't help. Don't know what causes the content to be pushed so far down, didn't look into the HTML source of the email...

Thanks, thought this was mostly fixed already. Seems to require more work!
