GTAModel-PopSyn

This repository contains GTAModel's population synthesizer procedure. PopSyn3 is the underlying tool used to generate a population.

Setup

Requirements

• MySql Server
• Python 3+
  • pandas
  • SQLAlchemy
  • mysqlclient

Configuration

Create a copy of config.initial.json as config.json. Fill in the required database information and runtime parameters in the newly copied config.
