Cura plugin

I have created a Cura plugin for this profile just drag and drop the .curapackage into the cura windows and restart.

Installer for 4.8.0

Same as the last but I changed the Z height to 150 , Might do a rewrite later to incorporate some extras

New start and end Gcode and updated for 4.6

This is the installer for 4.5 its the same as the last release.

Its a self extracting winrar file.

This is a self extracting archive use it because its easy. Be warned you have to have admin access to change things in your program files.
