Changes:

• Fixed Smart Drift Correction causing issues with MadgwickARG and this feature has been removed for this filter.
  This fixes random orientation changes on PSVR HMDs and Magnetometer-less controllers.

• Changed HMD filter setting Madgwick Beta from 0.1 to 0.05.

• Changed HMD filter setting Madgwick Stabilization Minimum Beta from 0.02 to 0.0.

• Added Identify Controller button to blink the controllers LED bulb in Controller Settings.
