Changes:

Fixed Occlusion area regain projection size being always 0 by default. Now its 32.
Setting Average position caching is now enabled by default.
Reduced Average position caching cell size from 15 to 5 cm.

ℹ️ Note that the SteamVR driver is now included in Virtual Device Manager!
