PSMoveServiceEx v0.15

Changes in this version:

• Added 10 custom color presets.
  ℹ️ These are for virtual controllers and virtual HMDs.
  Using those on PSmove and DualShock4 controllers will disable the tracking LED.

• Added Enable Optical Tracking option in Controller Settings to enable or disable optical tracking.

• Added Enable PSmove Emulation option in Controller Settings for virtual controllers to enable orientation for virtual controllers.

• Increased maximum controller count to 10.
  ⚠️ Requires PSMoveClient_CAPI.dll update of the program that uses PSMS protocol!

• Added positional and orientation filter info tooltips in Controller Settings.

• Fixed Orientation is NaN and Position is NaN issues when using filter OrientationExternal and PositionExternalAttachment.
