Changes:

Implemented Angular Interpolation for devices.
ℹ️ The same as position interpolation. Interpolates missing frames between previous and new orientation data to create smoother motion.
Clamped interpolation delta frequency between 5 Hz - 2500 Hz to avoid weird motion behavior.
Fixed applying auto-scale on ROI (region of interest) scale.
Added GitHub link to the logs.

ℹ️ Note that the SteamVR driver is now included in Virtual Device Manager!
