I have learned the recipe for Spicy Hot Talbuk and the recipe still appears available after doing a default search. However, when I select available recipes for zone only (Shattrath City) the recipe disappears, showing that it was already learned.

I tried deleting saved variables but it didn't change anything.

I have most of the recipes in the picture, yet they all show as well.
