Many JC recipes marked as missing when they are learned #33

The following recipes are known by my character but marked as missing in MTSL:

I have tried deleting my character's data and it still shows those recipes missing (says I'm missing 53, but I should only be missing 18)

Probably fixed by #20 and #25
