Changes:
Updated to 5.7.2
Fixed issue causing slicing to fail if Cradle XY Distance 9 was used
Fixed Ultimaker/Cura#18970 by generating support skin below non removable holes. Also fixed similar issue causing support skin lines to generate inside of a model.
Fix even cradle line counts not working correctly.
Changed default Cradle Z Distance to one layer, 0.2 mm was a bit weak at 0.1mm layer height.
