Updated to Cura 4.13
Added Tip diameter setting
Added option to replace a part of the tips with roof (to use this feature set "Minimum support roof area" to be smaller than a circle with diameter "Tree support Tip Diameter")
Added Support interface priority setting (works only for roof when using tree support)
Added a way to trigger a demo error message to be able to distinguish the version with error messages from the one without. To trigger this demo error message set the branch diameter to exactly 4.242
Fixed some bugs encountered while implementing above settings
