Skyblock compat

• Adds Gypsum Ore to the possible Monicoin purchases

With this change, all modes can start a Skyblock run with only:

• 1 Sapling
• 1 Dirt
• 1 Bounty Board
• 1 Hammer
• 1 Lava Bucket
• 1 Water Bucket
• 1 Mortar OR 6 Flint (EM only)

Here's the skyblock world to go along with it, if anyone's interested.
Little did I know that a saw is needed for EM players on top of a hammer, but fortunately the hammer can convert cobblestone into gravel so there's no need to provide flint or a mortar.
