Set the orange cymbal and green pad mappings for drums to separate buttons, as well as remove the TODO comment that says to do this.
Remove the note about the orange cymbal and green pad on wii drums being mapped to the same button in this program, in accordance with the updates made on this branch.

Looks good to me - I don't have drums to test so we'll do this on the trust system! :P |
