Rolling Hills
If you put your hand close enough, you can feel the heat radiating off the nuclear grass.
The Rolling Hills mixes the lush nature of the Meadow biome with some sparse trees as well as dotted hills. It is designed to be reminiscent of terrain from Minecraft Alpha, but has been tweaked to fit within modern Minecraft.
The Rolling Hills (traverse:rolling_hills) generates by itself in cool climates near biomes like the Taiga and Mountains, but also generates at the center of Cliffs biomes. Learn more about the Cliffs on its page.
The climate of this biome is similar in temperature to that of a taiga, however, it also receives a very high amount of rain, allowing grass to take on its bright green color and letting many trees grow.
The Rolling Hills is a biome inspired by a biome from the mod Extra Biomes, the Green Hills, which looked like this:
