I am investing some time to migrate all LSP-* packages to python 3.8.
here is the related ticket sublimelsp/LSP#2417
PLEASE DO NOT MERGE YET.
I am doing the necessary preparation for the switch to python 3.8.
I am also still not sure when will LSP exactly switch to 3.8, but I will notice you promptly :)
