Fixed some problems during pick and bans which prevented picking, banning and or caused some crashes.
Added another way to get the information needed to connect to the LCU for when WMIC isn't usable.
Added a delay feature which allows you to choose a time to wait before pre-picking, banning, and picking;
The timer is handled by the tool because the one given by the client need actions to be made during draft which make it inaccurate.
Added a filter (performance are poor but still faster than scrolling) for champions list and buttons to rest pick, ban and ARAM priority list.
Added a window which gives the information needed to follow the tool developpement.
