Upgrade cryptography to version 42.0.0

The current cryptography package has several vulnerability that should be closed. We should also update it to use >= rather than ^ to better conform to python standard practices.

• (medium) Python Cryptography package vulnerable to Bleichenbacher timing oracle attack
• (medium) cryptography vulnerable to NULL-dereference when loading PKCS7 certificates
• (low) Vulnerable OpenSSL included in cryptography wheels
