[feature request] extremely limited mode - strictly allow just pool of videos from one specific playlist (alternative to kid-mode)

Here is another take on "kids-mode" which will be slightly easier to implement,
as using strict mode and YouTube-kids are somewhat problematic to implement (see #677 and #1950).
