Machetes from Nether's Delight
Snow Shovels from Frosted Friends
Copper, Zinc and Brass from Create (Requires Create Stuff & Additions)
Steel from Create: Alloyed
Ice from Frosted Friends
Q: Does this add whole toolsets for materials without a toolset?
A: No, it only fills gaps, for example: you need Create Stuff & Additions because Create does not add toolsets itself.
