Introducing our Wiki moved starlight to https://teaclient.net/wiki, new documentation to both players & developers.

Changes:

Breaking Changes:

All news content are now stored in /content/news.
Changes to terms defining age, disclaimers, and distribution using os/package managers require to have a copy of terms.
Added disclaimers to terms to prevent potential legal issues.
Changed news Content Structure:

Minor Changes:

Fixed: Footer for most pages.
Removed TODO from terms as it's completed.
Added Warranty & Lability to terms
Switch code fmt to dprint from biome.

What left needs to be done: #28 (comment)
